Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021 lodged under Sections 160, 341, 323 and 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The present application has been filed for extension of the period of surrendering.

Permission granted by this Court on 15.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 67806 of 2021 according to which the petitioner has to surrender within 4 weeks. But due to his medical problem he could not surrender on time and now seeks permission from this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57676 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 Court that the said time may be extended.

In the light of the medical grounds mention in the petition, let the period of surrender as mentioned in the order dated 15.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 67806 of 2021 is hereby extended for further 30 days from the date of communication of this order.
