For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Lalan Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Zainul Abedin ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The allegation made in the complaint petition, is the basis for registration of the First Information Report. It appears that there is business dispute between the petitioner and the Opposite party. The Opposite party has been made accused in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 743 of 2015, for the offences punishable under Sections 447,504,506,420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. He has been allowed regular bail by the Court of learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Patna by order dated 01.04.2017. The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail on the ground that the court below has wrongly granted the privilege of bail since the petitioner is

accused in so many cases.

However, considering the fact that the business dispute is the main reason behind lodging of the case, I am not inclined to entertain this application for cancellation bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
