The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are full brothers and there was case and counter case between them on account of certain family dispute. It is further submitted that both parties have sustained injuries and the occurrence took place on the spur of the moment due to hot altercation arising out of certain provocation. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the occurrence took place on account of a family dispute, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest /
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32156 of 2015 (3) dt.02-11-2015 P2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
