2 Learned counsel for the petitioner, on being put a query whether the petitioner has annexed any document issued by the authorities to show that he was ever in Government employment, submits that if some adjournment is granted, he will seek instructions to this extent from his client.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13146 of 2014 dt.02-07-2019 2/2 3 Writ petition has been pending since, 2014. Claims have been made in respect of retiral dues. There is nothing on record to show the petitioner's existence as a Government employee other than copies of communications allegedly written by the petitioner to the authorities.

4 Writ petition suffers from insufficiency of pleadings. There is no basis on which the Court can examine the claim of the petitioner.

5 Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
