2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to the FIR, earlier the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner but thereafter, the petitioner along with others used to torture and subject to cruality due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand. On 18.42020, the daughter of the informant was committed murder by the accused persons by strangulation.

4. Earlier, the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dt. 10.1.2023

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59959 of 2023(3) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11081 of 2022 with an direction to conclude the trial within a period of six months, failing which, the petitioner might be at liberty to renew the prayer of bail.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial has not been concluded as yet and the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 26.9.2020. There is no hope to conclude the trial in near future.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda.
