Mr. MD. ARIF ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsels appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31645 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32039 of 2017(4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
