The petitioners, namely, Rang Bahadur Singh and Ranju Singh, seek bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Three persons, namely, Bir Bahadur Singh, Rang Bahadur Singh and Ranju Singh are alleged to have fired which hit Dhanlal Singh, Dhanpati Devi and Ramendra Singh (the informant). The informant and two others got lacerated wound injuries. All the injuries are simple in nature except injury no. 1 found on the person of Dhanlal Singh and opinion of the doctor in respect of injury no. 1 is kept reserved. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in Suryapura P.S.
