ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the vague nature of allegation made against the petitioner that he was sitting along with other accused persons and also because other co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30345 of 2017 let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29464 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge XIII-cum- ACJM, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
