Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32693 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 by dismissal of present application for grant of anticipatory bail on its withdrawal. The court below, while considering the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, shall take into account the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail or regular bail by this Court.
