The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 16.1.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in Complaint Case No. 468 of 2012 by which he has taken cognizance under Section 406 Indian Penal Code.
