Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The accused-petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 370, 370(1), 372/373 of IPC and Sections 6, 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences and Section 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 of ITP Act. . Allegation is that the police made raid of the house of the accused and girls were recovered from their house. Allegation against the petitioners is that a lady aged about 32 yeas, who was indulged in flesh trade, was recovered from the house of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32513 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 petitioners and some other girl escaped in the darkness. It is submitted that alleged victim is major. The petitioners are in jail since 5.5.2015 having no criminal antecedent. In similar facts and circumstances, Vijay Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 26644 of 2015. Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in Arwal P. S. Case No. 110 of 2015 with following conditions:-
1. The petitioners will not indulge themselves in similar or any other offence.
2. One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioners.
3.
The petitioners will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, their bail bonds would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
