The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.157 of 2015 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the informant had provided her vehicle through Anjan Singh to this petitioner, who used to do the business of chips, to carry the children from their residence to School. While the petitioner paid the fare of his son but he misappropriated the fare of 11 children. While the informant made complaint to the Officer Incharge, Parsa Bazar, Patna, but he did not pay any heed.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Gyatri Kumari, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.157 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
