2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the accused persons including this petitioner armed with weapons started assaulting the informant, her husband and her son. In the meantime, they snatched gold locket, ear-ring and watch from her. It is further alleged that the accused persons abducted the informant's husband on gunpoint.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60719 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that there is no specific allegation attributed towards the petitioner. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The victim has not supported anything about the petitioner in his statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Rajorshi/- U T
