JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 30-08-2025 In this instant writ petition, the petitioner had prayed for the following reliefs:

i. For issuance of an appropriate writ quashing the entire tender process of tender no. 16 dated 11.07.2025 on the ground that the tender paper submitted by the petitioner was not considered depriving the petitioner even to be considered the technical bid as well as financial bid opened on 23.07.2025 and on 01.08.2025 respectively or in

ii. For issuance of the appropriate writ to consider the technical bid of the petitioner in Tender no. 16 dated 11.07.2025 issued under the signature of the respondent Registrar, Patliputra University and the petitioner submitted the tender paper on 18.07.2025 and which was duly received by the Respondent Authorities on 19.07.2025.

iii. For allowing the petitioner to submit the financial bid and an appropriate direction be issued to the respondent uthorities to consider the technical bid and financial bid among all suitable candidates. iv. And/or pending the hearing of the present writ application restrain the respondent authorities to take final decision on the question of allotment of work pursuant to the aforementioned tender no. 16/2025. V. Any other order or orders as to your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Prima facie, prayer no. 1 is not maintainable in view of the fact that petitioner has participated in the process of tender. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to give up prayer no. 1. Accordingly, the prayer no. 1 stands deleted. Insofar as prayer no. 2 is

Such order shall be passed within a period of one week from today and communicate the same to the petitioner.

3. In the event of any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke remedy before appropriate forum.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
