Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.192 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that both parties have compromised the case vide Annexure 2 to the instant petition. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
