The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 400, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Ranjeet Mishra, from whose possession, arms and ammunitions and other articles were recovered. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that for the same offence, the petitioner is also made accused in Phulparas P.S. Case No. 6/2015 on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Ranjit Mishra but the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail in Phulparas P.S. Case No. 6/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30848 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Distt. Madhubani in Phulparas P.S. Case No. 7 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 46 of 2015.
