JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 306/201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that due to torture committed by step mother Asha Devi 17 years old sister of the informant committed suicide by touching naked electric wire. The allegation against the petitioner is that he disposed of the dead body by cremating her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of torturing the daughter by the petitioner rather the allegation is specific against step mother, his wife. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28930 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Sita Ram Sah be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar (Sidhi) P.S. Case No.246 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
