1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 342, 384, 386, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant as petitioners are having dispute with one Vicky Singh who is related to the informant. It is also submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the

No.66300 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/3 same does not inspire confidence as it has been alleged that while informant had gone to take bath in Ganga river when he was abducted by the accused persons and demanded extortion of Rs. 10 Lakhs but then the police came to know about the same, as such, petitioners released the informant. It is submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR itself, it would manifest that though there is allegation of demand of ransom, but then the same was not demanded from the family members of the petitioners, as such, it does not appear probable that the family members of the informant would have come to know about his abduction. It is further submitted that petitioners are resident of village-Jaitpur, District Lakhisarai while informant is native of village-Matihani, District- Begusarai and Vicky Singh who is relative of the informant resides in the village of the petitioners with whom they are having dispute relating to land.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on

No.66300 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 3/3 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 39 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
