Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

The petitioner is seeking following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order as contained in Memo No 1933 dated 12.11.2021 issued under the signature of the District Cooperative Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif to the petitioner whereby the representation filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20104 of 2021(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 petitioner in terms of the show cause notice as contained in letter No 1637 dated 17.09.2021, has been rejected and again directed to submit the report with factual evidence within two days and further the petitioner prays for a direction to respondent authorities for accepting his show cause reply and make the same absolute in favour of the petitioner and/or for issuance of such other order or orders for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated herein under."

It is evident that the petitioner, who claims to be an employee of Meghi Nagawa Panchayat Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society has been asked, by the impugned order, to submit a report within two days.

In our opinion, this writ application is completely misconceived.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to justify the reason for assailing such order passed by the District Cooperative Officer, Nalanda, in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
