2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ order or orders for quashing the order dated 24-06-2014 passed by the Hon'ble Chairman Bihar land Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as BLT for the sake
Patna High Court CWJC No.12803 of 2014(3) dt.30-06-2025 2/3 of brevity) in BLT Case No. 5 of 2014, whereby the Hon'ble Chairman, BLT has rejected the claim of the petitioner on the ground that the Joint Director, Consolidation had issued notice to the petitioner but that opportunity was not availed by him as he refused to accept the notice;
(ii) a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ order or orders for quashing the order dated 26-06-2009 passed by the Joint Director Consolidation, Magadh Division Gaya in Revision Case No. 202 of 2008 under section 35 of the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act 1956 (hereinafter referred to as Consolidation Act for the sake of brevity);
(iii) a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ order or orders or direction to the respondents to decide the case in accordance with law, after due service of notice to the parties concerned;

Learned counsel representing the petitioners as also the respondent nos. 4 and 5 in the presence of learned State Counsel jointly submit that since all of them belong to the same family being sons of late Attaul Rahman, good sense prevailed upon them and now they have come to an amicable settlement, in that background, they submit that the file be consigned and the writ petition disposed of.
4. Appreciating the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned counsel for the respondents for coming to an amicable settlement for their own betterment as also for the families, the writ petition is disposed of.
