JUSTICE RUDRA PRAKASH MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2024 The present application has been filed for modification in the order dated 20-07-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52333 of 2024, wherein address of the petitioner is wrongly mentioned and further for extension of six weeks time granted for surrendering to the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical error of inadvertence crept in Cr. Misc. No. 52333 of 2024 on the part of the petitioner, the address has been wrongly mentioned. Resultantly, the address of the petitioner has been typed as "Resident of Village- Lawarchhi, Police Station- Bankatta, District- Deoria (Uttar Pradesh)" instead of "Village- Barthi Parasia Chandaur, Police Station-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63839 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 Khukhundu, District- Deoria (Uttar Pradesh)", which is evident from bare perusal of the Aadhaar Card, which is annexed at Annexure-P/2 to this application.

In view of the above, let the correct address of the petitioner be read as "Village- Barthi Parasia Chandaur, Police Station- Khukhundu, District- Deoria (Uttar Pradesh)" instead of "Resident of Village- Lawarchhi, Police Station- Bankatta, District- Deoria (Uttar Pradesh)" in the order dated 20-07-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. 52333 of 2024. 4.
Further four weeks' time is allowed to petitioner to surrender before the Court below.

Accordingly, the order dated 20-07-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52333 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. 6.
The present modification application stands allowed.
