The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, when the grandson of the informant touched the motorcycle of the petitioner, he abused him and all the named accused persons assaulted the informant and his wife. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR shows itself that the dispute arose on trivial issue. The injuries are simple in nature and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

Case No. 157 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
