JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 In the present case, the petitioner is making prayer for quashing the order dated 4th April 2012 passed by SubDivisional Magistrate, Siwan Sadar, Siwan in Case No. 2779 (M) of 2011 under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The order dated 4th April 2012 passed under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code has only life of 60 days, which period has already expired.

In such view of the matter, the present petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
