The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.168 of 2010 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner is a lady and specific allegation of firing on the deceased is against co-accused Tulsi Yadav. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
