Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 183 of 2022, lodged under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, marriage was solemnized between informant's daughter with the son of petitioner namely Neeraj Ram @ Chhotu Ram. It has further been alleged that due to issue of child the husband of her daughter use to torture her. On 10.06.2022 at about 4.00 p.m. informant received information that the in-laws family of his daughter have killed her daughter and trying to dispose off her burnt body, with this allegation the F.I.R. has been lodged.

No.56978 of 2022(3) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an old aged person of 65 years and has nothing to do with the affairs of his son and daughter-in-law. He further submits that the husband of deceased is already in custody. He also submits that antecedent of petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 13.06.2022.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIIIrd, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 183 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
