1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.75/2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the fourth attempt of the petitioner to seek bail.

4. The case was taken up on 11.12.2024 and a report was called for from the learned trial court with regard to the stage of the case.

5. Report contained in letter no.1013 dated 17.12.2024 has been received under the signature of learned 1st

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61872 of 2024(4) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, wherein it has been recorded that trial has commenced and out of 20 charge sheet witnesses, 7 witnesses have already been examined and chances are that case would be disposed of within one month.

6. The Court, in the nature of allegation, as detailed in the earlier order, is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as the trial has commenced and witnesses are being examined.

7. The regular bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
