Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 188, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that after transporting sand from the river Chanan by tractor and trailer it was being transported and the drivers were apprehended along with the tractor. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are tractor owners and the drivers were transporting the sand and they had no knowledge of it. These petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.30321 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Draupadi Devi @ Darupadi Devi and Devendra Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
