2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
(i) issuance of the appropriate writ(s), order(s) or directions(s) in the nature of 'Mandamus' directing the respondent authorities to comply with the order dated 03.01.2014 passed by the Learned Court of D.C.L.R., Sasaram in Land Dispute Case No. 121/13-14 (Shanti Devi vs.
The State of Bihar and Ors.), whereby the Learned Court held that the petitioner is the bona fide purchaser of 7 decimals of land situated at C.S. Plot No. 31 and has absolute right, title, and possession over the same.
Patna High Court CWJC No.14150 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 The Learned Court further directed that the petitioner may move for measurement/demarcation of the said land through a survey knowing Commissioner to be appointed by the Court;
(ii). issuance of the appropriate writ(s), order(s) or directions(s) in the nature of Mandamus' for directing the D.C.L.R. to pass final orders in Execution Case No. 1 of 2022-23, which is pending before him, and which has been filed for execution of the order dated 03.01.2014 passed by the Learned Court of D.C.L.R., Sasaram in Land Dispute Case No. 121/1314.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the SubDivisional Magistrate, Sasaram as the contention is that during the absence, she has been dispossessed.
4. Granting liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case and expecting the concerned authority to look into the matter in accordance with law after noticing the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
