The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2410 of 2017/Trial No.1838 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing and causing assault to the opposite party no.2 by her husband and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and removing the opposite party no.2 from her matrimonial house by snatching her

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is daughter and the petitioner no.2 is the wife of the brother-in-law of the opposite party no.2 and both have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No.2410 of 2017/Trial No.1838 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
