JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim girl was found missing on 27.03.2016 but according to the prosecution case itself, she along with petitioner returned to her home on 31.03.2016 and after that the present case was lodged. The statement of victim recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C does not show any ill-treatment meted out to her at the hands of the petitioner. Moreover, the mother of the petitioner lodged the case against the informant and others on the same day. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-VI, Patna in connection with Session trial no. 540
