The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kargahar P.S. Case No.120 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while she was washing utensils, Hevati Devi asked her not to wash utensils and she engaged in scuffling with the informant. The informant got injury on her head. Thereafter the informant came to her house. Her husband asked not to quarrel. It is further alleged that Sulendra Nat, Indal Nat and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56114 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 Vinesh Nat all came and abused the informant and her husband and assaulted her husband. Ajay Nat, petitioner no.5 is alleged to have committed theft of Rs.15,000/- from the house of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of petty dispute, both sides quarreled and scuffle took place in which the informant got injury on her head on account of fall and husband of the informant also got injuries but all the injuries are simple and superficial in nature. The son of the informant also got simple injury.

Having considered the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that on account of washing of utensils some verbal altercation took place and the injuries sustained by the informant and her husband were simple in nature, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-3 in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No.120 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
