Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 388 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Specific allegations are levelled against the husband Remu Paswan who is in custody. Petitioners have no concern with the married life of Remu Paswan. They live separately from them. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.26632 of 2018(3) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 388 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
