====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 23-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the University.

2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s) /direction(s) to the respondent Authorities to issue mark sheet of B.Sc. (Hons.) Final held in the year 2022 conducted by Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura and also for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered with

Patna High Court CWJC No.12710 of 2024(2) dt.23-01-2025 2/3 the order dated 28.06.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8271 of 2021 and other analogous cases, hence the present writ petition can also be disposed of in similar terms.

4. In view of the fair submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, in my view, no useful purpose would be served keeping this writ application pending.

5. Considering the aforesaid discussions, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Examination Controller, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (respondent no.

3) along with the supporting documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law as well as in light of the order dated 28.06.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8271 of 2021 within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel.

6. Needless to state that the Examination Controller, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (respondent no. 3) shall be solely responsible for

7. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
