2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44625 of 2025 and to extend the further period for surrender and furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59322 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 bond.
3. In view of the averments that has been made in the petition, condition (i) of the order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44625 and 2025 is modified to the following extent:
(i) one of the bailor should be the family members/relatives/near relatives/friends of the petitioners, who shall provide official document to show his bona fide;
4. The order dated 16.07.2025 is modified accordingly.
5. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
6. The period of surrender is further extended by four weeks.
7. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
