Identical issues being involved in all the matters they have been considered together and are being disposed of by a common order.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that an identical issue has already been considered in C.W.J.C. No.10140/2015 which was disposed of on 14.7.2015. Learned counsel for the State also admits the aforesaid facts.

Accordingly, these writ petitions also stand disposed

4/4 of in terms of the aforesaid order operative portion of which is being reproduced as under :

"In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing of this matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer, i.e., respondent no.6 by filing a representation. In case such representation is filed, let the same be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation."
