A show cause has been filed in which they have submitted that the petitioner's loan has been sanctioned subject to fulfillment of certain documents.
It is submitted that the said sanction is subject to fulfillment of such conditions and supply of documents as enumerated in the letter dated 14.11.2017 (Annexure- B). Learned counsel for the petitioner urges that such documents have already been supplied and that there is no impediment in the grant of final disbursement of loan.
