Patna High Court LPA No.1682 of 2016 dt.28-03-2017 2/2 without notice to him, without hearing by the Syndicate and without following the process to law in the matter of cancelling and withdrawing the right, which accrued in favour of the petitionerrespondent no.1 herein by his promotion, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error in quashing the impugned order. We find no merit in this appeal. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
