JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No. 418 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other minor sections of the of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner that he along with others assaulted the informant's wife with fists and slaps and also snatched gold chain but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the parties are on litigating terms since long.

Considering the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory

No.32435 of 2014 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No. 418 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
