The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 379, 188 of the Indian Penal Code. The vehicle of the petitioner is said to have been seized and kept at the police station but the driver of the vehicle fled away with the vehicle from the police station. It is submitted that the vehicle was not seized nor a case was registered against the petitioner and the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle is still traceless.

It appears that the police seized the pick-up van which was brought to the police station. The pick-up van was missing from the premises of the police station. The petitioner was not present at the time of seizure.

No.31131 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Barauni P.S.
