The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 registered under Sections 304-B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the alleged victim died in her matrimonial home within one year of her marriage in other than normal circumstances and soon before death she was subjected to cruelty for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively. The application is rejected.
