2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14580 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/3 following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of writ(s)/direction(s)/order(s) commanding the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner regarding her request for transfer from G.N.M. School, Mahuli (Giddhaur), Jamui to G.N.M. School, Nalanda Medical College & Hospital, Agamkuan, Patna (in short "NMCH, Patna") as a choice posting, considering her imminent superannuation, her physical health conditions (back pain and knee joint pain), the need to provide care to her 90year-old infirm father residing with her at Patna and her ailing husband who underwent bypass surgery in April, 2024, so that she may discharge her duties of teaching GNM students at NMCH, Patna with full potential, efficiency and devotion.

Having heard the parties and considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar to consider and decide the petitioner's pending representation dated 02.05.2025, in accordance with law, within two weeks of communication/production of this order, keeping in view the Government's guidelines that in the last phase of
