The present application has been filed alleging violation of the order of the Court dated 03.08.2011 passed in CWJC No. 12354 of 2011 by which the writ petition was disposed off in terms of the order dated 28.06.2011 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 831 of 2009.
Patna High Court MJC No.847 of 2013 dt.31-08-2016 2/2 It appears that L.P.A. No. 831 of 2009 was disposed off by a common order along with other cases including CWJC No. 6144 of 2011. It further appears that MJC No. 872 of 2012, filed alleging violation of the order passed in CWJC No. 6144 of 2011, has been dismissed on 21.10.2014 by a Division Bench of this Court. In view of the aforesaid, the present application also stands dismissed.
