ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Sikarpur P.S. case No.90 of 2011 (Sessions Trial No.33 of 2012) instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 307/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of 1st Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran.

Considering that eight out of fifteen witnesses have been examined, I am not inclined to review the earlier order by which this Court had rejected the bail of the Petitioner. Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of six months without granting

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2355 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 unnecessary adjournments to any party.

It is made clear that if the trial is not concluded within six months, the Petitioner shall not be entitled to bail on this ground.
