JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2022 In pursuance of the order dated 17.05.2022, notice was issued to Opposite Party no.2, who is the informant of the present case. It was served upon and, subsequently, learned counsel for the informant appeared.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it is admitted position that petitioner is on provisional bail by order dated 17.05.2022 and there is nothing, which may suggest that the same has been misused. It is submitted that nothing surfaced during the course of investigation, which may suggest that petitioner had participated actively in the alleged occurrence, and implication is for only reason, being father of main accused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67861 of 2021(3) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 Learned APP, duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant, submitted that petitioner is the father of the main accused, namely, Sunny Yadav.

In view of the above submissions, provisional bail of the petitioner, as allowed vide order dated 17.05.2022, has now been confirmed, with existing bail bond and sureties, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) Ankit/- U T
