JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.05.2015 on the accusation that he along with co-accused, Karu Choudhary assaulted the informant's brother by means of hasuli. The informant's brother sustained two injuries. One injury has been found on his left ear whereas another injury has been found on his neck. The opinion regarding the aforesaid injuries was kept reserved and it appears from the impugned order that till 17.06.2015 the opinion regarding the aforesaid injuries was not brought before the court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32906 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015.
