No. 4814/2013 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 341 and 406 of the IPC against the petitioners.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

The interim order granted to the petitioners vide order dated 29.10.2013, stands vacated.
