The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali P.S.Case No. 188 of 2016 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of the offence, the petitioner Rakesh Kumar, who is in custody since 5th May, 2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali P.S.Case No. 188 of 2016.
