In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The police has intercepted the motorcycle along with two persons, namely, Some Narain Rai and Vikash Singh. During investigation, it transpired that the petitioner is the main person behind supply of the detonator.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26647 of 2017 (5) dt.18-08-2017 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
