The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tekari P.S. Case No. 159 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted the informant by means of rod on his neck and back. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. It is further submitted that there is no corresponding injury which is attributed to this petitioner. Informant sustained two injuries one on his forehead and one on the upper eyelid. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
