The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143,147,149,341,353,427,342,504,506 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because of the fact the petitioner had participated in the protest made by him as well as other villagers regarding the accident which took place in his village killing a lady by reckless driver of a tractor, the name of the petitioner has been drawn into the present case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegations are vague and general in nature. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32105 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 P2/2 and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Abhay Yadav, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Arwal in connection with Karpi (Sahar Telpa) P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
